As part of fundraising for the building of the astro turf for the hockey girls, Pretoria High School for Girls held a two nights of singing, dancing and classical music: Night at the Proms. There was a wide variety of performances, the orchestra was great and the handmade chocolates were delicious.
The dress code was formal and everyone was dressed to the nines.
I saw some amazing used matric dance dresses, ball gowns, cocktail dresses and the shoes that those girls pulled off were to die for. Even if half the mass was walking around like they were going to sneak up on someone by the end of the night.
